Question BFEP

Anyone found any tools to help with BFEP??

I have minimal static but this is the one symptom I have that drives me crazy, I see it on any bright surface and it gets distracting when driving.

Try different colors. Fl41 seems to be the go to. Try polarized. Nothing cures it, but those help the most.

Do you take anything that might cause your pupils to dilate? Like ADHD meds or something. Maybe that might be contributing towards it, if so.

BFEP for me is by far the worst symptom. I can’t even go outside without noticing them flying around and it drives me crazy. It’s the one symptom that bugs me the most. It sucks also when I’m on the computer (I work from home) and have to look at white web pages, as I can see them flying around constantly. I haven’t found any relief or coping mechanism as it only seems to be not crazy obvious when I have my LED lights on or in dimly lit rooms. It also bug me when it’s super dark, which doesn’t make sense to me.

i know how this is, mine is by far the worst too, been trying supplements and static exposure to reduce it hopefully.

I understand, when it is in normal mode you can see the floaters and when I put it in dark mode the letters stay marked in my vision and it seems like everything is shaking😔

dude same, my static is not an issue at all, its bfep and some static exposure therapy helps reduce it to tiny dots for a little bit, im trying to do it over a long time and see if it changes

Brother, for whatever you want, update this and tell me how it goes, I'm new to this VSS thing (maybe 4 months) and I'm screwed, I've lost everything from my job where I was super happy to the woman of my life, all because of this shit that I didn't even know existed, damn it's so unfair I'm only 20 years old...

I'm so sorry, I'm in a situation exactly the same as yours, I think there are glasses with orange lenses that can help, I think they mention it in the comments above, unfortunately there is no pill or something like that to remove or cure it.
