Question Any tips or tools to help in reading?

I have vss since I was 13 now I am 26,Reading has became very difficult, words and alphabets or any pattern that’s readable and requires some amount of focus to it, edges have became static and looks like glittering and flickering effects..it’s really difficult to explain in words what I see but it’s fucking distracting and discomforting . I am afraid it will destroy my career one day.

Have you switched to a Completely clean diet?

Switch to fruits vegetables meats and fish only do not eat anything else for the next 3 years.

I don’t wanna get downvotes saying this last time I got loads but am dead serious man this isn’t a joke or anything this is how I learned to read again after getting VSS and HPPD. You have to remember that just comply seeing the word reads it, you get so caught up in thinking you can’t read you forgot how to even do it. You don’t need to say the words in your head, just simply see it!

I think the problem seems to be pattern glare.... It is bad for me too, I have been using this extension: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/jiffy-reader/lljedihjnnjjefafchaljkhbpfhfkdic?hl=en which helps to read since the texts appears to be less like a pattern. Also there is an app called ColorVeil, which in bad days I turn it to color red who seems to help with pattern glare also.
