Runups happen post vote approval, not prevote - Draft king had a run up from $14 to $42 DJT had a run up from $16 to $60 after approval. ALCC is $15 right now so right in between the two. 

 Usually you hold first week after merger since all the attention is on the new company (and people usually don’t know the spac name)      

Id say Oklo is a mix of the two. Since you get djt branding with Sam Altman and slightly better fundamentals like draft king.    

Usually huge spike occurs right after merger is approved, and run up for a few days, not before.

In the past 4 months, the market reacted positively to good jobs data on the hopes of a strong economy and declining inflation. The time the market reacted negatively was when UE rate came in high at 3.9%. But today the market reacted positively due to the opposite with an economy showing signs of slowing down and inflation remaining persistent.
