As a german, that only matters if they can find a coalition partner (wich is very unlikely).
That or having a "blocking majority?", (i´m not sure what the correct english term would be) with BSW and the Left. That is, if the Left decides to work together with what is considered the far Right.
Otherwise they have 20% but no blocking opportunity.

As someone actually living in Germany, all I can tell you is to go outside, touch some grass and don´t believe everything you read on the internet.
Germans are world class when it comes to moaning about the situation while still going on vacation atleast twice a year and driving 2+ cars.
Also we are here to make money. So leave your feelings at the door and if you think Germany or the EU are going down place your bets accordingly. I have my own conclusions and bets in place.

Won´t disagree on that. But it´s better than worst case.
Personally i´m very interested in how much % FDP and BSW have after every vote is counted. The big chunks are in position, but dependng on how the edge cases turn out, forming a government will be much easier or much more difficult.
