Discussion -$596,000 today after tariff announcement. Purely coincidental the Wendy's app is hooking me up with a $1 JBC for dinner.

It tastes the same, it's just half the size of what it was 20yrs ago.

Eating at Wendy's when you got 4 mil is wild

Using 20% off Wendy's gift cards I got at Sam's Club, to boot.

Lmao, I guess you get that rich by living frugally and taking advantage of discounts. But you should probably treat yourself to some better food than that 🤣

Living Frugally is the best tbh. Makes the little things feel like treats

Ya I kind of agree, I live frugally as well. But I don't got 4mil 🤣. I would hate to die with that much money knowing I lived frugally my whole life. If I had that much money I'd at least enjoy some of it. And fast food is trash, with that much money he could go out to eat at decent restaurants for 3 meals for like 30 grand a year, which obviously to most people is an absurd amount to spend on food, but to op it really shouldn't be that bad.

Money isn't a world where you start doing things because you can afford them, you do things because you want to:

Most of the time, sitting down in a restaurant, getting the menu, making your order and receiving it, is just too much bullshit.

A burger joint will get in you and out in 5 minutes and on with your day.

Plenty of way better burger joints like that than chain fast food places

It really is. Maybe once a month I'll use a BOGO coupon at Carl's Jr. or Del Taco and it's a delight. If I had that stuff once a week it would taste like the garbage that it is.

This is the thought process of someone who will never have $4million

Probably not, but fast food is gross and overpriced. I just make my own food. But if I had 4 mil I'd eat somewhere decent whenever I go out

Why? I don't get these types of questions. Do you think you just stop eating fast food forever?

I already avoid fast food 99% of the time. The only time I ever eat it is if I'm on the road, and even then I avoid it if possible. There are way better options for the same or similar prices, and if you have 4mil you could spend an extra $5 to get something decent.

Yeah, i eat healthy 95% of the time but I crave Wendys every 2 months or so. I actually have Wendy's canned chili's that I buy from Amazon. It's food from my childhood.

I'm just saying though, I know a lot of people significantly wealthier than OP, frankly myself included, and the # that won't grab fast food every now and then is 0.

Reddit has a weird idea of wealth.

Ya that's fair, now and then makes sense, but having the Wendy's app shows that you're probably a regular. And ya ik what you mean, I had Wendy's for the first time about a week ago and I was pleasantly surprised

I don't have any fast food or restaurant app. I just order Wendy's Chili from Amazon as I mentioned. (just found out Wendy's chili get sold in a can 2 months ago). That's why I crave Wendy's. I like the pairing of burgers and chili in lieu of French fries.
