Discussion -$596,000 today after tariff announcement. Purely coincidental the Wendy's app is hooking me up with a $1 JBC for dinner.

The most important element of this post is the JBC quality and size has gone down hill, I had the one for $1 a couple of days ago and fuck it was nothing compared to a decade ago.

It tastes the same, it's just half the size of what it was 20yrs ago.

Eating at Wendy's when you got 4 mil is wild

Using 20% off Wendy's gift cards I got at Sam's Club, to boot.

Lmao, I guess you get that rich by living frugally and taking advantage of discounts. But you should probably treat yourself to some better food than that 🤣

Living Frugally is the best tbh. Makes the little things feel like treats

Ya I kind of agree, I live frugally as well. But I don't got 4mil 🤣. I would hate to die with that much money knowing I lived frugally my whole life. If I had that much money I'd at least enjoy some of it. And fast food is trash, with that much money he could go out to eat at decent restaurants for 3 meals for like 30 grand a year, which obviously to most people is an absurd amount to spend on food, but to op it really shouldn't be that bad.

Money isn't a world where you start doing things because you can afford them, you do things because you want to:

Most of the time, sitting down in a restaurant, getting the menu, making your order and receiving it, is just too much bullshit.

A burger joint will get in you and out in 5 minutes and on with your day.

Plenty of way better burger joints like that than chain fast food places

It really is. Maybe once a month I'll use a BOGO coupon at Carl's Jr. or Del Taco and it's a delight. If I had that stuff once a week it would taste like the garbage that it is.
