You assume they got to where they were with "simple" means. That doesn't happen unless you're 1) old and 2) have been investing safely for a long period of time.

If they got there younger, that's either 1) born to rich parents or 2) risky ass dumb regarded plays that worked out somehow

So it's quite regardedly complicated to be fair.

There is the odd person who gets there on their own. Some people just excel and become successful without handouts. Not everyone's regarded.

Yes we all enjoy nice hero stories. The vast majority of people are regarded and so are you and so am I, let's be real. Doesn't mean you shouldn't try, and it doesn't mean you can't get better and smarter over time, but "not everyone's regarded" might as well be a worthless platitude.
