Fluff high pull + snatch up to 79 and 93 c&j

also took 82 one too many times (6). they were all close but just barely wasn’t there today. then only 3 jumps of 61-84-93 for c&j cuz i was tired

I think you could stand to direct your elbows up a lot more than backwards.

Obviously there's loads of height on the bar here which is great but I think you could stand to get more "up" with the pull. Squeeze your legs really hard and extend upwards. I think you should be coming onto your toes more as if you're jumping.

The reason I say this is because I could see you pulling the bar back towards you in the pull. Which when this is then in the snatch, the bar is quite a long way away from your body.

I think you're plenty strong enough for more, but you basically need the bar to be closer to you and for it to travel up more rather than looping

You can see in the snatch and pull that from contact at the hips the bar is travelling away from you

This is honestly small details at this point. Your snatches are really good. This kind of focus though should make them even better
