not a cutter but i dont know where else to put this

I have nothing but a guess. I thought it would be fun to share this one that I just saw in Tokyo!

at first I thought, a bird? an angel? a seal or dolphin? but the more I look at them and flip them around the less sense they make! they look similar too .. is this some North Carolina mascot I dont know about? lol

My brother asked for last minute cookies for his birthday. I’ve had these cookies and these icings in my freezer for a while. I know what they ARE, but I thought it would be fun to completely subvert their actual intended shape and do something more unique!

So, do your worst! Using these shapes and colours, what should my cookies be? I will come back to post the results if I get some good ideas!

The container was really random and contained a plastic skateboard, a hello kitty cut out, this cutter with some kind of play doh, and a lollipop.
