There have been plenty of other reasons for Alex to get reported to CPS, but having only fans isn't one of them. Parents are technically allowed to do sex work.
Putting a "tap here" with no context isn't cool though. Maybe it'll expose some of her stans to the side of her they keep ignoring though.
As shitty as it is, it's not illegal to do sex work. There are plenty of other reasons for CPS to get involved, her posting photos of her kitty isn't one of them.
I will add, if you have a case with CPS open (for other reasons) they will make it apart of your case plan to secure a W-2 job. However, I agree that they probably can’t open a case just based on someone doing sex work!
