Anyway I have therefore put out a job offer for soldiers or fealdmedics. Dave then chimes in again at the end of the explanation "thank you sir. The broadcast is cut off and as you get up the next morning there's recruitment centers scattered all across the realms

Those, would very likely break conventional shielding. Fair enough. There are always going to be a few with unconventional shielding, of course, but without those, you'll be able to kill most. Then, the tactics. On your video, someone made the laughable proposition that you can't win a war with just aircraft and snipers. Don't know why you left such an obviously false statement in. Just, stay up in the sky, no?

Officer: an aircraft can't hold land well, infantry can. If you want to destroy the enemy our specialization would be ok however lord Dave doesn't want total anailation.

hideouts and bunkers are difficult to find from above and hard to destroy from with marksmen as well, any competent enemy would realize that within a day and start building fortifications not to forget that they would cover the airier with anti air in an extreme radius and put up security all around the same area that, in all likelihood would have heat speaking or similar tech that would make it almost impossible to sneak past.

In other words no, you can't "just stay up in the sky" because you have no ground and the enemy will go below the earth

Mostly, yes. Consider: You will soon have an army. If I wanted to, work against you, what would I do? Go and attack your army? Of course not. I'd go in, pretend to be one of your own soldiers, there are many, many ways to do this, and break up your organisation. Not the soldiers, who can shoot me and are immortal. Not with an army of my own, with maybe a small group, max 10 or so. What can your army do to that?

Officer: we are not infiltration Specialists, we are snipers and pilots, we don't do that type of spy work because we have connections to people who are better at it to do that for us and those connections will also help us sniff out moles!
