We enthusiastically formed our guild in 2020 at the beginning of Shadowlands and we haven't looked back since! Those of us who started it are well versed and experienced leaders- we have raiders with CE experience, raiders who are grizzled veterans from Vanilla to now, raiders who have raid lead and organized raids from the most beloved to the floppiest of flops. I want to reassure anyone considering us to rest assured that the majority of us are dedicated raiders, players and friends who have been doing this for a long time; we have the raid leading and guild managing experience that allows us a significant advantage to be able to build an exceptional community not only for aspiring raiders but for those who simply wish to perfect their mogs while hunting for mounts!

As stressed above, our community is super important to us and as such is the main focus of all we do. I can assure you that those of us who chose to invest in this space did so after great thought and personal reflection after watching other guilds struggle with the unfortunate toxicity and elitism that runs rampant in midcore guilds. We wanted to make this guild to weed out that disease and make a good, strong base so that we may achieve our end game goals in a healthy frame of mind and with people we enjoy playing with.

The events we offer range from Progression Mythic raiding to an optional M+ Night where we organize groups and are able to push high keys successfully on time as well as mentor others to be able to join us in high pushes; to Alt Raid night to a Social Event once per month in order to foster bonds and unwind from the daily grind (this can be anything from Guild Among Us sessions to Expansion Transmog World Tours or WoW Trivia Nights with Guild prizes!).

In addition to scheduled events, our group is a close-knit group always looking to expand. You will always find someone willing to run a key with you or just chat in discord while you do dailies. We all play together across multiple platforms (we even have a casual, care free FFXIV Free Company!) and games and would encourage you to join us in our warm and welcoming environment.

We are a brand new guild of some friends looking to create a competitive, but fun and engaging community. Right now there are only a few of us so we are building from the groud up, if you're interested in creating a community from scratch this is the place for you. Hey all, Srry Baby Im on Cooldown is a fresh 18+ guild formed by my wife and I. Our goal is to create a community for new and returning players that can't fit the typical Tue/Thurs raid schedule, yet still want to push past normal raids without having to try to find a pug group to actually clear. We also hope to have a heavy focus on M+, with that being majority of our gameplay the past couple of years.

A little about us, I have been playing since BC days. Raiding from Wrath through Legion, during that time I helped build up a guild and multiple raid teams that began in normals and went on to push AOTC. I have pugged a few AOTC achievements since DF, and reach KSM most seasons.

What we are looking for:
Players that want to play. Players that want to improve but haven't been given the opportunity to do so, as well as players that are just looking for a home to push content beyond what a pug can consistently get. My rule for recruiting is to give everyone a fair shake, and my mindset with raiders is that I will take the player that tries, and follows mechanics even at the cost of personal dps, over the player that "pumps" hard and ignores mechanics and aren't coachable. We can help anyone improve their damage, can't help someone that doesn't have a mechanics focused mindset.

We currently do not have a raid schedule set in place. The preference is to find a time that works for majority of players that show interest first. I can say with complete certainty that the goal is 2 raid nights a week, even if one is prog and one is for fun or alts, and that they will have to be later in the evenings PST (after 6 or 7PM) once we get any amount of interested players we will make a schedule, update it here, and begin running at least normals, even if we have to pug a few people while we fill our ranks. No waiting for recruitment to fully take off to start raiding!

It is common knowledge Vanilla PvE is pretty easy strategy and gameplay wise, however it requires grinding and a gearcheck.

I never really raided Vanilla and I am annoyed by the tryharding requirements and am looking for a community driven adventerous experience.

So I had an idea.

What about a guild where DBM and watching boss tutorials is forbidden?

Instead, it is about playing the game as if it was year 2004, nobody knows anything, and we learn and progress as a guild together?

The guild would be for people who either never played Vanilla, who just want to chill and experience the lore, or for people who played Vanilla but want play the game as it was intended.

I was thinking about calling it <Virgins>, <Classic Virgins> or <Back to the Roots>.

Would there be any interest for this?

I am based in Europe so the server choice is either Thunderstrike or Spineshatter.

We are transitioning out of a purely Social/Levelling guild now and progressing Normal with the Heroic on the horizon! Our raid day will be Wednesdays 8:00pm - 10:30pm server time. The only things we ask to join our raids are to be 620+ ilvl, be patient, relaxed and able to have a laugh when we wipe! A few of us are getting into PvP arenas too. We also like to host social events and game nights (jackbox etc).
