I'm still waiting for my determination to be processed but there are quite a few things that are presumed service connected. I have tinnitus and profound hearing loss mostly from my time in the army. Not to mention constant joint pain and f***** up knees, etc.

I've never used me so for red sauce, but I've used it for plenty of other stuff and it's awesome. I use anchovies fish sauce and all the other stuff that has been recommended here.
