Halsin: Chèvre. Ranges from soft to hard, has that distinct goat cheese funk, and very spreadable.
Jaheira: Manchego. Firm and compact with a sharp but creamy taste.
Gortash: Caciocavallo. Looks a bit like a ballsack. Smoky, buttery smooth, and plays surprisingly well with others.
