I encountered the aftermath of an early morning DUI crash, the still drunk driver doing improvised CPR on the poor guy who was injured in the car he'd hit. The victim was breathing the whole time and trying to muster the energy to push this guy away.

I was removing the keys to the driver's truck while another bystander pulled the drunk away from the other car. Drunk guy kept pushing back at him. Well, something happened that landed the drunk on the pavement, knocked out cold. This was in the hood. Bystander hero needed to be somewhere else before police arrived. I saw nothing.

At least some of the failures may be because of situations like this that weren't caught on camera. At least something substantial was dislodged in the first move which might have bought them more time. Floridians should have an early warning system when these lasers may have been used to affect weather in and around the Gulf of America.
