Ditched the barrel clamp.
Magazine mechanism isn’t exposed to debris but the reciprocating stuff like the rails and springs for the bolt certainly could be exposed to sticks and stuff very cool I like that they’re not a huge string of them. Instead individual

Finished my first and only tactical build. Any suggestions are welcomed
Maybe try a sling that didn’t come off my old laptop case? 🤷♂️

Ditched the barrel clamp.
You fill your mlok slots with something? Thats new.
Looks like it could help with heat dissipation

Ditched the barrel clamp.
This is the only way I’ll allow

Took the 1301 comp out to a skeet shoot fundraiser, got high score on my team with a 87/100 and we got 3rd overall team.
With the chisel? That’s pretty rad! I’ve been meaning to try that. I normally don’t like pistol grip shotguns

Finally
I’ve got a handful of these and the revolver(it’s been a pain with spools and serrated pins!) I take locks and picks with me when I fly. It’s so much more relaxing when I can just sit quietly and relax

I need to get my scope further forward… Help!
Cantilever mount?

Does anyone know what stock this is?
The ol waxing my beard is expensive so I’ll go cheek weld this bad boy EMOD

Which one?
RCR if you want a good window and don’t need reticle options. 509t if you do. And you’re ok with dumb mounting. And lastly acro if want it to break 🤣

Are 26" Barrels Tactical? Benelli M3
I personally love shooting my 21” vent rib 1301 comp. Also love the 18.5” tactical but vent ribs are just sexy!

New 1301 Mod 2 Issues and Excessive Lead Fouling
Just get in there with a pick and see if there is anything.
Otherwise clean the gas ring and dry it off before you run it

Parts
Next time remove your trigger group

What is the m-lok on the stock of the new Stoeger M3000 Tactical for?
That shorty looks slick but mlok on the stock is interesting especially since it’s got qd sockets too
3
1301 traditional stock conversation to pistol grip?
I think the traditional stock is the way with most shot guns especially now that they’ve got more ergonomic grips

Brand new Staccato XC explodes after first six shots
This is the state of the current firearms community it seems. sad state of affairs when a squib load constitutes an entire write up and criticism of a firearms company (as if were their fault and they put a round in your firearm without powder just some they could traumatize the OP with a squib)
I’ve had squibs in a few guns. ALL of which were pretty apparent. As in the type of feel that makes you stop shooting immediately.
Imagine buying a gasoline powered car, then putting diesel in the tank and then demanding the manufacturer fix “their” mistake.
Whatever happened to taking your licks when you mess up?
OP. Sorry it happened to you. But this shouldn’t freak you out so much. You’re holding a controlled explosion in your hands every time you shoot. If you can’t handle the inherent risks take up watercolor painting or something. 🤣

Vortex Viper shotgun enclosed red dot
That would only be possible if these micro dots were mounted below the receiver top deck
Almost like pistol slide has the machined surface that would be the only way to actually get a bead height cowitness. But with the dot you can see the brass mid bead and fiber optic front bead sights but not in alignment with the spine of the receiver.

Anyone take the Thunder Ranch course in OR?
I haven’t. BUT we just sent them a bunch of the new laminate shotgun cards and plan on attending their course soon! Jack is a good dude!

New 1301 Action
This is a big one. I only use clp to clean then wash it off with a little acetone (only done it once in around 1500 shells through my comp.

Keeping It Simple
Now put a dot on it and you can get accuracy with speed
Looks fun

Insulation on TT?
I know when I had evidence of rodents getting into my FJ I gutted the entire interior. Pulled the headliner, all the interior panels and floor liner. I put dynamat and dynaliner on all of the sheet metal panels but the biggest change came from doing it on the roof panel and rear wheel wells. The rodents were getting in from the rear body vents the flaps had become Brittle and created an easy entry for them to get In
I replaced the body vents with some custom new body vents that have a Venturi effect to keep the dust from trails out. Can’t recall the maker but they’re awesome

Pistol grip on the COMP model ?
