Default I belive is every 7 days. Which can be good and keep you moving along to find more loot. If you have friends joining though, you might think about making it shorter.

When I'm just starting, I'll loot the entire POI and scrap EVERYTHING. Then I'll run the mission for that POI.

Later on when I have enough to build anything I might want or at least be close to that, I'll run more missions and loot less. Run missions withough pre-looting the POI etc.

Are you on lower level missions or high level missions?
How often you have loot set to respawn. If short and a big POI, I'd just go for the loot room and then run the mission for the POI.

Ask your doctor why they don't believe it is Crohn's. There are real differences between IBD and Crohn's. Have them explain their reasoning.

Maybe the pathology indicated that the inflammation only affected the lining of the intestines and not additional layers like Crohn's. Maybe the inflammation looked continuous rather than patchy.

If you don't understand the answer, get an explanation. Sure, get a second opinion but understand that it could actually just be IBD.

What leads you to believe this is Crohn's and not IBD?

If you had a colonoscopy and they took biopsies, the pathology report would indicate if it is or is not Crohn's.

Had a few surgeries for strictures. Glad you could go so long before your first. If it is laproscopic, your heal time will be much shorter. Get up and moving even if it is just for a couple minutes at a time, and don't lay around too much in the next few weeks.

I'd be for doing the extra dig, even if it was only for extra storage or Den/Man Cave space. Bedrooms have additional codes to meet for egress that may or may not drive up the price further. At the very least, you could dig it out now and finish it later if expenses are too high.
