Discussion I just got drunk and watched F9: The Fast Saga, then followed that with 2Fast 2 Furious and then the original Fast and the Furious.
Sorry for the lack of effort, but I am drunk. The franchise has lost it's way. The original is so much better as a story narrative, and 2F2F is better than what we have come to. There have been good additions to this franchise, but we have lost the thing that makes these believable stories in an already established real world. I appreciate them being meta and shit, but that is an easy crutch to write away the unbelievable and ridiculous shit that we now watch.
But I will say that all of the actors have aged well through this progression. Except for Lucas Black and his big forehead, and Paul Walker and his.... oh wait...

Franchise founded in October of 1993... does quick math... yeah, we definitely "had seven winning seasons over the last 30 some years."
Plus, talking about our QBs during Rhule's tenure; which he fucking picked, really shows how blameless he was as a head coach.
The mental gymnastics these people are capable of is astounding.
Quick edit: first season was in 1995, so this guy is even more off.
