Singer Amaal malik cut ties with his family!
 in  r/BollyBlindsNGossip  14d ago

As a clinically depressed person I can tell you that depression is a mental illness. So what? Cancer is a physical illness, so that's not a problem, why is having mental illness considered so bad that we cannot even categorise depression as a mental illness? The trouble is that in India mental illness = pagal hai.

I support white nationalism as a Indian 🤡
 in  r/indiadiscussion  Mar 03 '25

far-left guys like you

You truly sound imbecilic here. It does seem like a common experience for you given your comments though.

As for liberals and left, clearly your company is lacking. Liberals do exist in India, just in very small numbers. There is no proper left in India at all.

In any case all this seems well above your comprehension. I wish you well though. Have a good day.

 in  r/indiadiscussion  Mar 03 '25

My brother is right wing and has this exact mentality. He could have written this comment for all I know. I've heard many a rant about how white people are superior and Indians are disgusting in looks and habit.

Just FYI, everything you dislike isn't done by someone you hate. Generally the global "left" (because India doesn't have a left like you seem to look at it, they're all just right and righter) has a far more nuanced take on social issues than most on the right side of the spectrum in any political thought system or nationality.

Self hatred is not a politically liberal trait, btw, if that's the next group you may wish to blame.

The person who wrote this comment just sounds like an average Indian who hates their legacy, and possibly their life.

My older sister committed suicide and in her last note she blamed both of our parents
 in  r/LegalAdviceIndia  Mar 02 '25

I'm so sorry for your loss OP.

The only thing I'll say is, try to get counselling if possible. I'll also look around for someone who may be able to help and in case I find someone who may want to do it properly bono, I'll let you know.

As to what else can you do, i hate to say it but the only thing you can do rn is to just take care of yourself, score good marks, get out of that house, eventually become financially independent.

I'm really so very sorry. You and your sister deserved better parents.

Non Americans, what did you think of Trump\Vance lecturing Zelensky?
 in  r/AskReddit  Mar 01 '25

Zelenskyy doesn't need to sign anything according to these people because they'll just occupy Ukraine. At least that's what they think.

Also, this was a performance. Trump and his Tail wanted to show that communication has broken down due to the Ukrainians, and Zelenskyy called them out by being calm through all the instigation.

Slava Ukraini.

My favourite actor has eye crinkles like yours and I always want to kiss them.

But if they really bother you, please visit a dermatologist, and definitely ask them about tretinoin and sunscreen recs.

Emilia Perez director Jacques Audiard: "Spanish is a language of modest countries, of developing countries, of the poor and migrants."
 in  r/Fauxmoi  Jan 30 '25

Sorry, I don't know if this is the right place to ask, or if you are the right person to ask this, but you kind of tangentially touched this so I thought I'd try:

My country was also colonised but our main languages are not and were never endangered. I'm confused about why Spanish led to the decimation of languages of South America? Were the Spanish colonisers enforcing their language/ actively destroying local languages?

The fishy tale about Saif Ali Khan
 in  r/BollyBlindsNGossip  Jan 25 '25

I had two knee surgeries in 2024, and my dad had one spine surgery in 2024.

I'm telling you right now that no one who has had a 6 hour surgery and 6 deep stab wounds can walk like this.

They are lying and the doctors are lying. The doctors have ruined their careers for these illiterate nepo idiots. Any doctor can easily see this from the walking video, and my dad is a doctor too. He says if there was any injury at all, they were lacerations at best.

Please don't put oily substances on or around your eyelashes & tear glands
 in  r/IndianSkincareAddicts  Jan 25 '25

Listen please stop using steroids!

Also eye dryness is the cause for very uncomfortable eyes. I too have dry eyes and it affects my vision if I don't use the two drops I've been prescribed regularly. My dad has also had cataract surgery and has had the same issues, vision deterioration due to dry eyes.

Again, if you are in Delhi, do consider going to Medanta. It took me nearly a year to get a complete diagnosis and i even went to Chennai for it (you can check my old posts). There was a good amount of medical malpractice and twice the optometrists messed up my specs. Medanta doctors figured out all my issues in about 3 hours.

Has anybody tried boiling dried Rosemary leaves and spray in hair?
 in  r/IndianSkincareAddicts  Jan 24 '25

This is the easiest method I've invented so far:

Boil water. Add all kitchen herbs and anything else you can find online that is supposed to be good for hair growth to the hot water. Let this mix stay until the water is cool, then strain and bottle it.

On hair wash day, carefully apply this liquid mask to your scalp and hair. I put enough to get it everywhere on my scalp and hair, especially ends, but not enough to drip. I hate it when it drips. Let it stay for a while at least. Say about an hour if possible. Longer if you like.

Oil hair on top of this.

I've made my own hair oils and you can too. Buy essential oils from Amazon and mix them with a base oil you like for your scalp. I used this only on my scalp.

For my hair length I have a mix of castor, argan, avocado, almond and another oil with amla in it. Some ayurvedic oil I'm forgetting the name of but has very good reviews on Amazon.

One way to figure out good base hair oil is see whether foreigners say the oil works well. They're usually truthful about this.

Another thing that helps is derma stamping. I got my derma stamp from Amazon too.

Hair regrowth takes time but these methods have helped me a lot.

I used the cactus goodness shampoo and wishcare hyaluronic acid conditioner. Both are excellent for me.

I've also bought a boar bristle hair brush from a company called urban mooch, and my other combs and brish are made of wood. These are gentle on my scalp and hair.

Edit:

Found the base oil: ayurvedashree amla hair oil.

Hi, I'm not online much so I'm sorry for the late response.

I don't think castor oil would actively damage your eyes, although course it will irritate them. Please go see a good doctor. If you are in Delhi, I highly recommend the Medanta eye clinic.

It's all true. Many of us saw it unfold live in our cricket fandoms. It was brutal for DK who never broke his silence about it until now as far as I know. Fans have never liked Murali since then. He's been heckled constantly.
