Correct. I mean it wasn’t without work as well, but I really wish this wasn’t presented as just diet and hard work. People’s perception of what is actually achievable has been so messed up thanks to the prominence of steroids nowadays. If you’re comfortable, medically healthy, and can do the tasks you wish to do that’s all that matters.
