Joe on what to take from an essentially meaningless game: “I mean, we’re all pissed. We all hate losing. That was my message. That was a great reminder that losing still sucks. So I love the fact that the staff is miserable, the guys are pissed…I think it’s great”
These fans don't deserve this coach

Man the studio didnt do this manghwa justice that it got demoted to cheap knock off
There's so many similarities. Just as an example, the first few plot twists are identical. Mysterious attacking force! The main character is one of them! The attacking force has intelligent agents who walk among us! Arrest the main character, consider putting him to death!

Effort fetishism
This is the most obvious sour grapes I've ever seen. Just accept that other people are capable of more than you, rather than trying to come up with intellectual rationalizations of why you prompting a ripoff machine is as valuable, worthwhile, and fulfilling as somebody's skilled effort

it does all the work for you

They scared you with "Socialism" while American Capitalism robbed you blind.
My point was that nothing protects freedoms except our own vigilance, you entirely missed it. There is no strawman here, you all are saying it's capitalism's fault very explicitly. I'm saying that's wrong.

Capitalism isn't doing any of those things. We lost our vigilance against central bank policy, we let the "den of vipers and thieves" back into the halls of power in the 80's, and they've been consolidating financial control ever since.
Bad actors seizing the levers of power can happen in any political system. So maybe financial consolidation leading to the consolidation of political power is possible in capitalism and not communism, but that does not imply that communism is immune from the exact same kind of problem. It's a problem of political vigilance in the face of determined opposition. It is not a feature of capitalism at all, your takes are lazy and destructive.

10 Most Devastating Effects Of Trump's Tariffs
There is no joke in this article, it's just a political pledge of allegiance indicating loyalty to Trump regardless of the effects of his policies

I can’t wait to hear what y’all have to say about this!
Did any of those other quarterbacks do better with other coaches? Did any of those teams improve significantly after Belichick left? As long as we're talking about hand-picking stats.
And winning more than 2/3 of your games with your backup quarterback is pretty fucking good. Even if you won more games the year before, every win is tough. You're being such a ballbuster here, classic NE sports fan bitching. The Fellowship of the Miserable.

Tarrif's should be supported by all 'degrowthers'
Degrowth done without a plan in place for debt relief is just economic suicide. The fundamentals are deflationary; if the Fed overreacts then we'll have stagflation. We're certain to be living on much less no matter the path, because we've borrowed so much from the future through debt.
The plan to grow our way out of the debt was always naive, self-serving, short-term thinking. But the consequences seemed distant, so only more philosophically inclined people thinking about long-term limits really cared. Now, though, because of the abrupt stop to growth these tariffs represent, we're going to have a really sudden shock that will be extremely painful, and was not necessary in any kind of thought-through degrowth plan.

Comic about the logic of some people
This is actually a great comparison, because of the tacit admission that AI art is cheap bullshit that sucks and that nobody would prefer, and that generally makes life miserable, but that people have to accept based on external circumstances

More of the planet will become more suitable to human life than become less suitable due to climate change
Simplistic linear thinking about a complex system that sustains all life, what could go wrong?

AITA if I tell my sister’s boyfriend she’s cheating UPDATE
She'll never change if you all keep making empty threats and ultimately allowing her to have her cake and eat it too. Don't make threats and ultimatums if you aren't willing to follow through on them, you're only reinforcing her avoidance.
If you actually want her to change, then at this point the only way to do it is to make her face consequences. You've indulged her for too long to do it any other way.

AI art is still art. It just does what human artists do faster and more efficiently. Claiming it has no soul or is somehow lesser because a human wasn't as involved is an insult to the entire idea of art.
Ok but what you just said is way different from OP's original point, which is that AI art is on creative par with actual artistic effort by talented people. That's an entirely different goalpost.

Artists create things, AI prompt writers prompt the language model. There is no such thing as an AI artists, just a bunch of entitled babies insisting their prompt writing is equal to the serious efforts of more interesting people

Just want to point out that US had terrible problems before Trump. When dealing with complex systems, Post-accident attribution to a ‘root cause’ is fundamentally wrong.
Trump and his policies will only be the most proximate cause of the US' decline. But the disasters that are coming were already waiting when Trump got into office in 2016, as shown by the financial crisis of 07-08', the multiple trillions of dollars of additions to the Federal Reserve's balance sheet of financial assets since that crash, and the ever-building strain on the normal American families (as opposed to the very wealthy who are the main beneficiaries of rising financial values).
