It is both technically and functionally a lie. The seller and the country of origin do not ever pay the tariff. It is always paid for by the buyer upon import to the country. If the buyer is another company who then sells the product to other Americans they then increase the price of the final product by however much the tariff was so the customer and final purchaser of the product pays for the tariff functionally and they are the only person who "feels the pain" from the tariff at all.

If the message " DEI was established to fight back against racism that hurt and targetted minorities" makes you feel like someone is trying to make YOU feel bad about being white. Then you seriously need to get some help. Fragile snowflakes like you who need to be coddled to ensure you don't ever have a negative emotion is destroying the USA. I agree, I recently got back into the game after playing in the closed alpha/beta and never played it at launch due to all the issues. The game is honestly really amazing, and the bad rap it gets and all the hate online isn't warranted. No monthly sub, just check it out for yourself and I guarantee you will have fun.

I have been having a blast and a lot of fun, and I wouldn't have even bothered checking it out if I just went off of all the online hate. Pick Hudsonland server if you can, amazing server, super populated and always groups going for different things.

Tech/IT is a solid bet. I do not have a degree (I dropped out), but I make 500k a year as an engineering manager overseeing a team of engineers at a data analytics company. I worked my way up from the bottom, and started in a call center helping people troubleshoot their wifi and internet connection, moved into software QA, then into sales engineering/solutions engineering, and then finally into sales engineering leadership. As a general rule the closer you are to the source of revenue generation the more money you make as it is easier to see the value you bring to the organization. So find out how a business makes its money and then align yourself to those goals/ideals, give a shit, keep learning, and be humble and take feedback well and you will go far.

I played in the closed alpha/beta and then didn't play at launch. I just picked it back up 6 weeks ago and have been having a blast. Loads of fun, well polished, nice combat, trade skills have depth. I would definitely recommend it. I have played most MMOs that have come out in the past 20 years as a reference.
