i painted rust details with brush, it was like semi dry brush in most places but in some i just added more paint, i used revell rust 32183

[Update] Pz.II 1/35 Tamiya - added some rusties and dark brown dirty areas, i feel it's getting closer to finish! I'm amazed how relaxing detail painting is.
