There are hundreds of "channels" the whole front part is a giant fork, the tines grab the bush at the bottom and when pulled up the rooted bush stays down but the berries pop off

That might all be true but I went to highschool with Morgan, his family lives close to mine as well (his dad's a PE teacher), and it's definitely a country area. He may have sold out but his roots at least are legit.

Who is the worst mainer ever?

The first daylight match of the KKK was in Milo, Maine, they also burned a church and tarred and feathered a Catholic priest (who would go on to become president of Boston College). The last slave ship (smuggler) known to have sailed from America on the infamous triangle trade was from Maine as well, long after importation of slaves was made illegal.

Right out of college I worked as a journalist for a small town newspaper, one of my articles was about the town's waste disposal. It all goes across the border to a landfill in rural Canada. I crossed over and interviewed the director and a few of the employees at that landfill, the one that ran the recycling plant made it clear to me that it made absolutely no money and was completely pointless in the end.
