I think we could see a bump in spending for a month as people load up on things while they wait to see if tariffs stop. A new tv, Nike sneakers, a new phone. Heck I need a new grill, should I buy that now?

Why hasn’t he restricted the use of overseas employees if the purpose is to have high paying jobs at home? 

Also why wouldn’t companies just split into two? One company for US, one company in another country for the rest of the world?

My guess is affiliate link ads are harder to track and business that sponsor affiliate generally don’t care how it’s advertised and don’t feel like they are held responsible for it. Maybe businesses are pickier about ads when they are considered sponsored and she generally doesn’t get sponsors asking to include kids. 

My guess is she never included her ads in sponsored ads. Also, recently she shared how much of her business income is affiliate link revenue and it’s over 50% I believe so sponsored ads are a small part of her revenue.

Does Mexico have a relationship with China? I know Brazil does. It seems like this is mostly about China and trying to stop China from going to other countries to get them to ship under a different flag. I hate these tariffs but there’s got to be a better way than what he is doing now. It seems better to flood partners that aren’t with China with new deals and encourage growth there than to go against the whole world. I’ve never understood why we couldn’t encourage Mexico to do more manufacturing like China does. 

I don’t know what Europe and Canada has to do with this other than them being looped in due to Nato. He really should have picked one thing to focus on instead of going all out. I think he would have more support.

My husband is an older millennial and buried both parents within the last three years. Many of my friends have already lost one parent.

It sounds like you’re very lucky to have healthy parents still. We have spent three years caring for a parent with cancer then a parent with dementia.

Millennials are soon to inherit what’s left of their boomer parents pie. So yes, I do think millennials, even if they aren’t invested in the millions yet, will care that their parents are losing money if only selfishly. Also, the less money boomer parents have, the more millennials will have to shoulder to take care of them as they age. Money makes taking care of parents so much easier.

He’s dumb. Shows he knows nothing or can even be bothered to learn about mixology. 

I’ve had my parents and in laws constantly put off retirement as it approached. They were well prepared for retirement too.
