Let Cain hang out with more Gue’vesa!
 in  r/Grimdank  4h ago

I don't really mind it, it makes a fair bit of sense to me at least, though I'm not done with the series so it might get old eventually, but it makes the nid invasion force seem like a serious threat.

I'm sorry Eagle divers.. I am personally delivering Exosuits to new players at lower levels to sow affinity and dedication... I can smell that 35% cooldown from here
 in  r/Helldivers  1d ago

Eagles are objectively better, and I think they are super cool, and I am a die hard eagle user, I barely even touched the mecha

Which is why I really do mean it when the mechs are so much cooler and we should pick that one.

You are objectively and undeniably wrong https://youtu.be/j5v8D-alAKE?si=TWvOQRhsvFbtUVrj

TLDR: That's not how reality works. Where do you buy ketchup? From the grocery store right? What happens when ever brand of ketchup at the grocery store is like that? Do you stop buying ketchup? No you don't.

But you might say, "they won't all be like that, someone will under cut them". No they won't. Because they would make less money, and even if they did, you know what would happen?

Grocery stores would be paid not to carry that brand, factories would be burned, and families would be threatened.

Seems like I'm being crazy right? It's just ketchup right? Well that ketchup is worth 21.4 billion dollars.

Even if you're a saint, and wouldn't do that for all the money in the world. Then you won't ever own a multi billion dollar business. Because if you won't. Someone else will.

Now I have a question for you, what happens when it's not ketchup? What about another product?

What about gasoline.

Ever heard of Standard Oil? If not.. well you should research that.

The End of History and the Last Mod: Major New Rules and the Direction of the Sub
 in  r/NonCredibleDiplomacy  8d ago

It actually took me a good solid minute of thinking before I could think of anything, until I remembered 9/11 and I thought i had won! But when I went to double check the date, I realized that 9/11 was a piece of fiction the whole time... My life is in shambles.

I want a Signalis CRPG so damn bad
 in  r/signalis  8d ago

I'm also very new to crpgs with bg3 and rogue trader being my only 2, but I found BG3 much harder, I just play games on higher difficulties because losing is fun and I want to suffer :D

Lore wise, is the Hive Tyrant too OP to fight straight up without injuring it beforehand?
 in  r/Spacemarine  8d ago

All the marines would die horrible even if the thing was half dead already, but this is a video game, it's not even "uNhELmeTeD uLTraMaRINes" does anyone get upset when a marine or even a single guardsmen wins a fight on table top? What about boltgun where a helmeted marine kills a lord of change? I think idk I'm trying to avoid to many spoilers as I'm part way through, so that fact could be wrong

The point of games is to be fun, and fighting the cool stuff is fun. I'm very happy they tried to at least kinda keep it sorta possible....even if it's clearly not.

I want a Signalis CRPG so damn bad
 in  r/signalis  8d ago

That's basically the exact same set up, but I have another character that you don't have and thus I won't spoil, but I think I'm playing 2 difficulties higher then you so I'll have to try something else

I didn't read the text at first and literally thought it was a commissar, I was trying to figure if it was a named character which is why I read the title.
