Between Wise and Belle they don't change at all other than small stuff in trust events. In the normal story and quests nothing changes other than "He" becoming "She" in the dialogues and even quality time is the exact same.

In trust events small things changes like when the proxy takes a picture of Ellen, Ellen tells wise to delete it and to Belle to send it to her later or with Miyabi Wise tells a stranger that is pestering Miyabi that he is her Fiance while Belle says she is the Fiance of her relative (probably because there is no same sex marriage in china)

And people on star rail have a breakdown because Castorice is a little nice to us so they immediately see it as "Hoyo trying to make her waifu bait" or "Character assassination" as if she had any kind of character before this. God, I believe those people would die of a heart attack if the game had a character like Vivian.

If I remember right Xilonen buffs HP for hydro characters right? Then you can use a hydro damage goblet.

In the other team Kazuha and Ororon or Mavuika (if they are on cinder city set) buff damage so HP would probably be better.

Also again, depends on the weapon too.

Whatever stat (in your case hydro and hp) is buffed the least should be the main stat for the goblet

Depends on the team and what weapon you use. We need more information. For example someone who uses Lost Prayers in a team with Furina is better off using HP goblet but someone with prototype amber could use hydro damage goblet

You aren't doing anything wrong. I have the exact same set of eidolons as you and I too do 40k-45k with 100/220 crit ratio, 40k HP with hydro resonance, I use lost prayer instead though and hp goblet while you probably use hydro goblet instead (C0 Neuvilette/C1 Furina/C0 Kazuha/C1 Jean).

OP is talking about C0R1 Neuvilette with C2 Furina which is a huge boost to damage compared to C0 Neuvilette with C1 Furina.

In Genshin's case according to Wriothesley's VA it doesn't matter because it's a non union project in the first place

I casually played (didn't claim daily rewards, do many quests etc.) back in launch times up to 1.2 or 1.3 then stopped playing till 3.8 Yelan/Wanderer banner. I was AR 25 which is the very start and easy to reach, now I'm halfway through AR 59 and I never farmed regularly unless I pulled a character I want so if I used up my Resin everyday and did all the events I'm pretty sure I would be AR 60 by now so it's possible in one year.

188/100 crit ratio 7.2k HP E0S1 Blade with HP boots/E0S1 Sunday/Tribbie/E0S1 HuoHuo with Penacony set. 2p-2p Wind damage/Crit rate relic set with rutilant Arena planar. I do like around 120k-150k blast damage. You see with how much investment what damage I do.

The biggest problem is his single target damage because most end game modes are about defeating bosses, we really do need that buff. though gotta say the last few bosses are fine for him because they want AoE damage but still we need that buff because 200k blast damage isn't good with E1 investment.

They can start working whenever they want. Alejandro Saab stopped striking Hoyo games long ago, Wriothesley's VA Said he doesn't want to give up on the character so he'll voice act if he is called for and other VA's also returned.

This strike shouldn't have affected hoyo games in the first place, Hoyo went as far as changing studios from Formosa. Wriothesley's VA Just Made a video where he says that VA's collectively agreed to not work on their own without Sag Aftra saying anything and now Sag Aftra tries to make the most out of it.

If they decide to not return then that was their decision to quit voice acting for Genshin. Them getting recasted would be weird as their voices change but I can't share sympathy with them in this since they have the right to return whenever.

If you are a VA that does less than 30k a year just go work in a construction side which would easily pay you better at this point because there literally is no way of living with less than 30k a year in the US other than you live a very very humble life without expenses towards anything other than living.

First does more damage while the second has an easier rotation and better buff up time. You could replace Bennett with Xianhling in first team to make the rotation easier but you only have C1 Xiangling though.
