Haven’t seen any Ice Green Multi-Tracks in here.
The aluminum frame 7600 clears 42mm (WTB Resolute) as shown. The steel 750 I know will clear 45mm Pirelli gravel tires.

Valencia should be closed to motor vehicles entirely from 16th to 24th with a free streetcar running up and down dual tracks - one each way.
Just fully pedestrianise it - deliveries can use keycard operated bollards to deliver 7am - 9am or 10am, like they do in many of the world's great cities. Loading zones ons all intersecting corners for the elderly/mobility impaired.
