I bought a foot switch extension cord specifically because of that kicking. Two hands on the router and use my foot to turn it on and off.

Not fool proof though. I caught myself turning on the router by accidentally dropping something on the switch.

There were at least 50 trees impacted by beavers: felled, in the water or being gnawed on. Maybe 100 (I wasn’t able to get to the other side of Cherry Creek to see).

The Rangers had trapped the beavers about five or six years ago when they damned up Cherry Creek. They’re back. They’re even re-gnawing trees they started chomping on five years ago. They also have a new 3-foot high and 50-foot wide dam over on Cottonwood Creek.

I’ve always like beavers. They are, however, the species which makes, without a doubt, the most significant changes to an environment. At least in an urban park setting.
