lol you can say that but the gameplay is still the same. there are small differences here or there but changing the way you level up doesnt change the fact that you end up in the same place in the same amount of time. Its a nice qol change. It doesnt change the entire game.

This is the problem. They didnt revamp every system they just made most of them work how they should in any modern triple A open world. The world finally feels like GTA 5 released in 2013.
