My advice to him is to get educated and not quit his job to trade. That’s what you disagree with?

I highly advise trading full time unless you are highly capitalized. It doesn’t matter if you are really good or have a great track record.

I’m not full time but I have plenty of experience. You can DM me if you wish but I suggest you start with TastyTrade videos on YouTube. Mike and his whiteboard are good theoretical segments.

Edit: highly advise against*

You claiming you have skills but don’t have money is the clue that you don’t you have skills. If you made good money off trading you wouldn’t be here.

This is the way. Not just from a risk perspective but also a holistic view of why we do this in the first place

Don’t invest more than you can afford to lose. Options are inherently risky assets. Are you in the wrong sub?

Feasibility of Uber/Lyft to Charlotte?
 in  r/greenville  Oct 18 '23

^ this comment right here. The cost you save flying out of CLT is spent on the transportation getting to and from CLT. I wouldn’t divert to CLT over GSP unless the price difference was $350+

Why would you stop loss on an option with over a month to expiration. That’s asking to get stomped out of a potentially winning position.

Harassing guests for five star reviews
 in  r/airbnb_hosts  Aug 29 '23

If your honest review was 2-3 stars then please leave 2-3 stars. If people rated honestly and fairly it’s to everyone’s benefit. It could have saved you from this trip if you had seen the lower reviews.

pretentious much? Afraid of backing up your opinion because it isn’t aligned with community guidelines for rating?

Also, 3.25 is an under rate. But accurate for you’re rating skills.
