Elon Musk, after losing billions in days, tries to humanize & soften his tone.

They’re also making cuts to the CDC’s reproductive and violence prevention divisions, and that’s going to impact programs designed to help prevent pregnancy risks. They’re laying off the people who specifically track and prevent intimate partner violence. The US already has the highest maternal mortality rate of all high income countries. We’re going to plunge further into violence because this asshat just doesn’t know or care to know what those people do and why their jobs are important.

Zionist group Betar is now creating a list of Jewish people they deem unwelcome for their criticism of Israel
 in  r/NewsHub  2d ago

Within any community there’s going to be a small population of people who ultimately sell out other members of that group to get ahead themselves. In this instance, there’s a group of Jewish people who are attempting to create a list of other Jewish “undesirables” to throw under the bus. But the same can be said for literally anyone who buys in to fascism or communism at the extremes. They can be any race, gender, or religion. These are people who are so incredibly selfish to the degree that they’re willing to sacrifice members of their own community to appease an “ideal” leader and get ahead themselves. In this sense, it’s cannibalistic because the false idol usually sows death, chaos, and destruction while falsely proclaiming victimhood to create artificial demand.

Tim Pool claims liberals [aka the American people] are “crying” over great depression fears
 in  r/daverubin  3d ago

It is specifically watching you suffer that makes them feel better. They need to feel like they’re “owning” you and it just doesn’t occur to them that they might one day be owned by the people they’re sucking up to. Once that day comes, they’ll eventually come to the right conclusion temporarily, but it’s not usually until they suffer the consequences of their own actions. The lesson isn’t particularly identity shattering in their culture, though. It’s just kind of what happens when you don’t maintain constant performative appeasement strategies to whoever is in control.

6’4” woman (who’s NOT transgender!) fired from Walmart due to “security risk” over transphobic threats
 in  r/ParlerWatch  3d ago

You just have to be the ideal woman. The ideal woman never ever complains about anything. She’s always happy that you saved her by siding with the defendant. She never has any needs, wants, or desires of her own, and if she does well then that could be fixed by making sure she knows her place. She lets you berate her, and even sides with you when you fuck up. She knows never to cause you any problems whatsoever. She should just try being an ideal woman!

What Happened to Elsy Ríos is not Just a Tragedy. It is a Warning. We Cannot Let an American Gestapo Take Hold!

There are a lot of behavioral similarities.

Edit: we’re also approaching fascism at this point but you clearly don’t care about that distinction.

Why do you think it’s fake? Men do this kind of thing all the time. One of my exes bought me handcuffs and lingerie supposedly “for my birthday”. It was for him. You’re just saying it’s fake to uphold the patriarchy.

They are absolutely following orders. Tom Homan is encouraging these people to act like lawless criminals. They aren’t showing people court orders, they aren’t reading people their rights, they are simply making shit up to justify putting anyone in jail, and then not providing them with due process. This is absolutely disgusting and it’s absolutely revolting for this to be happening in America.

The people at the top need to have accountability. They’re the ones encouraging this behavior and it’s absolutely despicable.

I think it should be a point of pride. He should hang the complaint up on the wall in a little shrine.

Republican’s kidnapping and "disappearing" of students is genuinely shocking
 in  r/WhereAreTheChildren  7d ago

The obvious answer to your rhetorical question is yes people have read about it. They know. The issue isn’t the lack of knowledge or information. The fact that we are currently watching it happen should invoke significant alarm. It’s happening. It’s academics, it’s fathers who have been granted protection and then disappeared, it’s regular people who are not involved in gangs but authorities are simply claiming that is the case without due process. This is highly alarming, upsetting, and shocking. That is the normal response to have.

It’s time to light the fucking fire under peoples asses to mobilize and do something about it.

El paso Walmart shooter deserve death penalty
 in  r/ElPaso  7d ago

Neither should get the death penalty. It’s a savage punishment which is only being used to cause fear. It’s not a preventative. People who commit crimes like these don’t usually decide to be less of a criminal because of the penalty.

US attorney general announces federal charges, Texas arrest of Tesla crime suspect. She said that the Justice Department will be seeking 20 years in prison.

If conservatives overextend their powers, sentencing should be reviewed. But pardoning them for crimes they actually committed seems like a stretch.
