Cat Picture - OC Introducing Mako featuring Oreo
Last two pic is with his brother Oreo. Yes I know I am bad with names(maybe). They are both 1 year 5 months old. Should I get one more?
Adoption Getting 2 cats at once with a resident cat?
My Fiance and I are looking for some advice.
We have a 1.5 year old cat who’s recently started to grow kind of sad/agitated with how often he’s left alone while we are both at work, so we want to get him a buddy.
We originally wanted just 1 more cat but then ended up finding a pair that are both super sweet and good matches to his personality. Would it be a horrible idea to bring in 2 new cats who already have a relationship into a home with a solo cat?
They are both girls and are both around a year old, they’re not from the same littler and aren’t a “bonded pair” per say, but they come from the same cat cafe/adoption center and have known each other for about a month. According to the owners of the cafe (and what we saw on the 2 occasions we went to see them) they are good friends and enjoy playing with one another a lot.
We’ve already thought about the cost of going from 1 cat to 3 and that won’t be an issue. We’ve also considered space and will have enough room for 4 litter boxes and another cat tree or two. The only real concern at this point is how our resident cat will react.
Part of us thinks it would be beneficial to bring home 2 at once because they’ll have each other to feel more comfortable in the new environment, but there’s the flip side of that with our resident cat possibly feeling left out since these 2 already know each other.
Do you think this is a bad idea? Should we just try to get 1 cat instead of 2 at once? I want to ensure our resident cat isn’t overwhelmed and gets a friend like originally intended.
Thanks!

Advice how to not ruin trust with eye wipes
hello. me and my partner suspect our tabby boy is allergic to dust. he gets really thick looking eye boogers in his right eye, and often squints it. neither of us realized how bad it was until a few days ago unfortunately because he had been rubbing them on the walls to get them out on his own so more than often his eye squinting/watering was infrequent enough to not raise alarm bells. this wall is lower to the ground and i have been very depressed for awhile so as gross as it sounds i figured the little black/brown spots were dirt and didnt pay much mind to it. i bought some eye wipes today for him and the chunks im getting out are quite large and it seems to keep coming back so.. this unfortunately will probably have to be a frequent thing. i brought him to the vet for the allergies a few months ago and did mention my concern about the eye squinting but was told it was probably related to the allergies. i am now trying to figure out how to get him to hold still for me to be able to wipe out all the gross stuff. i dont want to force him (but im willing to), ive already cried over the thought of breaking the bond me and him have but i obviously wont let it get worse or build up again. i dont know. every youtube tutorial of cleaning cat eyes ive looked at already has a cat in it that is comfortable with being handled like that. he can already tend to be skittish, the house he was in before we got him was abusive to him. he isnt comfortable with his paws being touched or being held for extended periods of times. i just need tips if you guys have any. im heartbroken making him do something he doesnt like

Advice Teething (?) cat, recommendations?
Hey guys, I'll keep it simple: My cat (7 months old) LOVES to chew and bite on random objects that don't easily get bitten through (for example cardboard), and since he's so young I figured it would be because of his milk teeth falling out. Any recommendations on toys or snacks I could give him, so he stops chewing on my toe and or my headphone cable?

Advice Noisy kitten advice.
I have this kitten who is about 6 months and he meows a lot, I don’t think he’s injured or anything because he’s always running around playing with my other cats digging into things and purrs loudly. But he’s constantly meowing super loud just noisy almost all the time it’s kinda like he’s talking or something but it really picks up if I close my bedroom door or the bathroom door. I don’t know if this is normal behavior or if he’s okay, he’s a grey tabby cat he’s not fixed yet either so maybe that’s the issue? Picture of an example of what we kinda deal with on a daily basis
