So my cat she’s big she’s black very fluffy and she likes weird physical affection I have a list 1. Being slapped like how you lightly slap a dogs back but it’s not light like borderline flattening her she’s purring and rolling around 2. Holding her face like completely putting her face in my palm she will stay like that 3. Rough pets like you would with a dog 4. Rolling around like how a snake moves 5.laying her face on mine and not like slightly she covers 1-4 of my face 6. Purring constantly loves making biscuits 7. Oh she also lets me use her as a pillow I can rest my head completely into her she lays there and purrs 8. If my feet are on the floor and so is she she will rub against my legs over and over non stop 9.rough scratching behind the ear or on head 10. Rubbing up n down her nose hard 11. If she’s happy while laying on my face like earlier she will either put her arms on each sides of my neck and make biscuits or claw at my face like she’s making biscuits

Meet Tom. After losing our wonderful 23 year old tuxedo cat this month, we came across the lovely Tom, and are hoping to adopt him this week.

Ideally we didn’t want to change his name, but my partner is called Tom, which could get a little confusing.

Are there any names that sound like Tom or have Tom in the name that you can think of? Equally, are there any names that suit him?

At the moment, it might simply be Tom Junior. :)

One day he might convince her but she only likes to chase him around the house.

Despite his small body, he has a great fighting spirit.

My sweet boy of 4 1/2 years has been diagnosed with Low-grade malignant gastric extranodal lymphoma.

I am waiting for an appointment to his vet to see his best treatment options and prognosis, but I am very afraid that I might not be able to afford his treatment, where I live tends to be not that expensive but if the previous tests are some reference I might not be able to and is braking my heart.

He is such a good and inteligent boy but most of all he is very sweet.

I am so so sad right now.

I messed up and need to get my first foster cat to trust me again 😭

So I got a 12y M cat as our first foster cat. He’s a gentle but shy & skittish guy. He’s been hiding in his cardboard cat house we made him ever since he got home. After a week, he finally let me pet him and he was purring so much 🤧 I was allowed to leave door open after being quarantined in his room for a week.

This morning I thought I should clean up his room, coz it’s been a week and it was covered in his hair. He’s been shedding so much and it’s everywhere.. I was worried he would be eating hairballs and started to vaccum the room. He got terrified and ran out of the room.. and now he’s gone back to his hidey box 😭

He won’t sniff me or let me pet him. I know I messed up and I’ve been apologising to him. He’s refusing treats and turns his head away. How do I get him to trust me again.. will I be starting all over again? 🥹
