Honestly it must have been during the pandemic considering all the social distancing and face masks, so that year must've been dark and this an amazing highlight. Parts of humanity really came together for folks and I am grateful for those who choose to good at that time and choose to do good now.

We did a car parade for a friend's son's 6th birthday during that time. He was so bummed he couldn't have a party, so we all decorated our cars and slow rolled by while my friends put his favorite music on an FM transmitter, so we were all blasting the same stuff. I went through a lot of cardboard and tempera paint making my Land Rover into a tank. His best friend's dad brought a classic wooden bed pickup and filled it with hay and scarecrows holding signs saying happy birthday. Someone brought an actual parade float. Every kid in the neighborhood was out in their front yards to watch us go by. It was such a bright moment in what was a very dark time. You're right about that.

I think the little boy was going through chemo... Just from what I saw... No confirmation. If that were the case though it could explain the masks.

Lambo owners love their cars and love getting them appreciated. I’m sure they had just as much fun as the kid did. Total win win

Everyone just STOKED to be there celebrating and playing together, yeah, that's good stuff. Some of the most fun they had in the social distancing days I'd bet.

Being able to do stuff like this would be the only valid reason for me to buy a Lambo if I was rich xD

My boss’s wife left him for another woman and their company went bankrupt so naturally he bought a super car.

He once complained that he got it to pick up women but the only people that approached him were middle aged men.

My dad made this comment. As long as I could remember, he wanted a Corvette. In his 60s, he finally got a used one and fixed it up. He didn't plan to pick up any women, but he clearly wanted attention from them. He complained a lot that the only attention he got was from men his age. I was laughing pretty hard.

Years later, I bought my husband a convertible Mercedes coupe. Yeah, everyone who stopped to look and comment was a middle aged man except one time at a drive through. Still a dude, but a teenager. Hahaha

Plus I’m sure they also like seeing other Lambos, so anytime they get together is a good time
