To think that they even will talk to us after what we have done to their species 😭

I know :(, If we ever get the tech (non invasive) where we can communicate with them better in the future.. well Id love to think we would be able to build their perfect natrual reserve for them & let them know they can be free.

Maybe in the future, if we don't stop trying to mess everything up.I don't know how more people can't have respect as ALL the great ape species are amazing.

One of the reasons we get colds are due to where our sinus are & these guys don't due to their shape of their nose's

There’s a great school in Borneo that trains young orangutans from babies, then releases them into the wild and monitors them, there’s a tv show about it and it’s amazing how they raise them and set them free, teaching them how to survive in the wild. There are people doing right by these amazing animals out there. The kids are so human-like, definitely worth a watch

What's the show called?

It was called orangutan jungle school in the UK but I got the impression it was the kind of show with different names worldwide

Need to hunt it down, as it sounds like it will be a fascinating watch. Thank you for putting us on the trail for it :)

It’s kinda staged like a drama tv show showcasing all the orangutans unique personality, it’s a really great show and the school itself is doing amazing work

We have so much to learn from the great apes, creatures in the sea, and so many other animals.. I personally agree and think they have so much to tell us on how to get our shit together

We already can. Chimps can learn sign language and communicate with their care givers through sign.

It is very limited, I'm talking when we work out how to communicate with whales, they have some deep emathy etc & the tech that allows us to kinda vibe on a level deeper than before.

Don't get me wrong we're still a good bit away, maybe we get it sooner with the rate we're pushing at Id hazarda guess between 5-15 years. Maybe

This guess is pure ass pull btw, If anyone knows more than me feel free to correct me :D

Talking to whales would be incredible. Imagine if they actually passed down stories through their singing. The tale of the megaladon that tormented their ancestors. Lol. That would be a trip. Or fighting off whale hunting ships hunting them to nearly extinction.

If I could do this I would sit out on the waves in the middle of the ocean (preferably near land mass some where) and just listen for hours.

They say they can feel the stories too imagine the pain & happyness they've felt over history..

it aint going to be global warming that causes sea levels to rise.. I can tell you that for sure
