MCU I was watching the fight with Dex and Matt in the church and remembered how hilariously out of pocket this move was. Spoiler

Non-MCU Movies Colin Farrel's take on Bullseye is great on its own right

His take on Bullseye was one of, if not the most entertaining part of an otherwise flat film. Also it's crazy to see him in this and then play The Penguin, his range is crazy

MCU The cast of Daredevil: Born Again is eligible for Performer of the Month (March 2025) on SpoilerTV!

Post image
58 Upvotes

Since 2016, every month the SpoilerTV website makes a poll of the best performers of the month in TV series. The rules are simple, as the candidates are chosen by the website readers by filling out the form as follows:

  • Your name;
  • If you will vote for actor or actress;
  • The name of the actor or actress;
  • The character's name;
  • The series title;
  • The specific episode number in which the actor or actress delivered the best performance (enter the episode number in max of 3 or 4 digits, separating the season and episode with a dot, as 101 or 1.01).

You can submit the document up to 5 times, but each entry must be for a different performer or all of your other nominations will be disqualified. The Top 5 most nominated actresses and the Top 5 most nominated actors will be placed in the poll next week to determine the Readers' Choice Performer of the Month.

For those interested, you can vote for the cast of Daredevil: Born Again for the first six episodes.

Nominations will run until Friday 11th of April 2025. The poll with the 10 nominees will be post some days later.

For those who want to vote: https://www.spoilertv.com/2025/04/performer-of-month-march-2025.html?m=1

MCU The Hand in the Defenders show is kinda nonsense

12 Upvotes

Maybe it's because I didn't watch Iron Fist but honestly I do not vibe what they are doing with the Hand in Defenders. I was already kinda meh on their plot in DDS2 but here it's kinda just nonsensical. What do you mean Madam Gao is a member of the hand??? What do you mean that Kun Lun is the main enemy of the hand? The Kun Lun one is especially confusing because I don't think that comes from the comics at all? I don't know I haven't read many comics with the Hand in them but they are such a confused and messy concept in the Defenders shows.

MCU Muse idea

Post image
204 Upvotes

Does anyone think it could would be cool for the hand to revive muse supernaturally so he could get the undetectable powers he has in the comics?

Could make the blood infatuation thing he has more sick

They could also change his face to look like the comics version of muse if they take a long time to revive him

Non-MCU Movies What is the "black sky"?

102 Upvotes

I was watchinf daredevil and the black sky is really important. But idk why its important. What makes the person whos the black sky so special? I tried to do research and the only thing i found is that itd a weapon. But how is it a weapon l? The person whos the black sky in the daredevil show, she knows how to fight because she was trained to fight at a young age. Anyone can be taught to fight given the right training. Later we found she became immortal in black goo. But she was the black sky before becoming immortal. So what makes the black sky so special? Why do people tremble when they hear the name black sky? Can anyone be the black sky or are they born that way?

MCU Daredevil live action suit concept

The skin tight suit could work in live action and I'm tired of people pretending it wouldn't and that it can't be taken seriously. Make it how they did the Raimi suit and Man of Steel suit. Skin tight spandex over a painted muscle suit to give the appearance of something being durable and skin tight. Textured fabric on the clothes too.

Drew it myself btw, inspired by the S1 concept art.

MCU If they have his BA Red suit the DD logo, should it be red or black?

Put together this quick concept of adding the logo to this suit. The black imitates the black paneling fabric of the suit while the red imitates the more glossy texture of his eyes. Which one works better?

MCU Netflix's Scrapped Daredevil Season 4 Was 'Quite Different' Than Born Again Season 1

Being an advent supporter of the original show, I keep circling back to myself, in my mind, on how the things would have turned out had Marvel kept the original producer, or at the very least had paid for the intellectual property of the season 4 Oleson already had prepared.

I keep giving the new show the benefit of doubt. Each episode mostly fails to entice me and the farther we get, the more afraid I grow of where the show's going to end up. If I had that power I'd have DD stay out of MCU completely, or at the very least our version of DD. I'd allow Oleson and the squad to keep doing their own thing with DD on Netflix, while Marvel could start from scratch as they initially wanted and introduce their own version of DD.

MCU I like Foggy, I really really do. However at times I wish he could look at things from Matt's perspective.

Post image
352 Upvotes

Matt was telling Foggy about how hard it was for him having the enhanced senses, knowing that there are people out there being heavily mistreated, not being able to sleep with the screeches of New York's victims. Yet for some reason Foggy is not listening to anything Matt is saying, acting as if Matt was killing people or something, or doing these crimes himself.

Even if I put myself in the shoes of Foggy, surely I would not react this way. The first time he figures out who Matt is, he does not even ask how Matt is feeling, nor shows no type of empathy. He sees his heavily injured friend, and just gets mad Matt did not tell him what he was doing, as if it is not already obvious why.

MCU Mat refusing to kill

1 Upvotes

We all know may refuses to skill due to ethical reasons and letting the law and justice get to them but say matt was in the punisher’s shoes where say his whole family(if he had one) got killed. Would mat still refuse to kill or would that change his mind
