I think that attitudes changed, when all of those "Loser" job shops, closed their doors in the Reagan and Bush Daddy years.

So many Reagan Republicans out there, that think that the union didn't get them everything they have. Sure buddy, the union didn't make that boat possible, you made all of that overtime possible by yourself.

All of those people that move from Warren to Macomb township or Shelby, forgot that all of their former neighbors that were in residential construction were stuck living in their old neighborhood because all of their jobs got hijacked by lower wage earners. But here they thought, "That won't happen to me, I'm in the Big 3".
