Considering a move to Kirkcaldy
Evening guys. Hoping this finds you as well as can be, considering... I'm considering buying, and moving to, a property in Kirkcaldy.
Any feedback would be appreciated. Anything you think is worth mentioning would be great, too.

Not a local but, im in roughly the same situation except iv bought a place already just waiting to move up now. A few reasons I bought were every single time iv been in kirkcaldy or anywhere in fife the people are really friendly and down to earth, you have Edinburgh, Dunfermline, perth and Dundee all in 50 min drive. The coastline is stunning on a sunny day walking along the promenade to dysart almost feels like your on holidays, the other direct along the coast is also stunning. The high street is on its arse to be honest but most are or are going that way, the community are trying to make it look more appealing by painting murals and various art stuff on the empty units. 3 beautiful parks all supermarkets etc. House prices aren't as bad as other places in fife. In regards to good or bad area's im not really sure rough and smooth everywhere I suppose, im up the top end near hospital seems alright compared to some places iv stayed. The coastline is stunning, fife is a seriously underated place imo. If your serious about the move and you eventually come across Fife Jammers on Facebook don't let that sway you it's paints fife as a violent hellhole which is only partly true 😉
