Stephen (Steve) says hi. Fellow dystopian deliquent troublemaker in town

His outfit, if it's not clear, is a black trenchcoat with green shirt, gold/yellow eyes and hair streak and markings that are supposed to be like a tree but I can't draw, black cord necklace with black oval stone with gold X on it (it's like a smartphone more than it stiched on)

Bro I'm just realizing that Steve's cord part is too thick but whatever
