Then do the same for half a year after no longer being president. It just looks like they've gotten a few years younger with the removal of constant daily stress

And the fact that he also didn't do shit his first time around, you can't age if you don't do much in Office (and not have to stress about things). All he did was run his mouth, his children getting sponsors and shit, and him not knowing how much power the Presidency had....he's more useless than a cockroach.
