Losing your phone would be a stressful pain in the ass though. So many online accounts, possible credit card information… I’d feel much better if I found my phone too!
idk, it can be scary if you don't have a way to call someone if you need help, or if you ordered an Uber or need GPS. especially if you're alone and it's late.
i'd def be in a sobbing mess if i lost my phone at a concert. if i lost it at work or smth, or at the store, that's different--just an inconvenience and an expensive life lesson.
Just a phone? You know phones ate life lines now? Banking, Personal info, social media, etc. Not only that but if you have apple, you fucked. You cant get your stuff back if you somehow lose your key. Everything is tied to an email. Sure you can get around all that but 80 percent (maybe more) dont have all their stuff linked together so you lose your phone you lose alot shit. It isnt just a phone in 2025.
Edit: yeah i know i got some typos. I really dont give a shit.
Some people have banking info hooked up to their phone so they dont need to remember a seperate piece of plastic. He could have important memories on their. He might not be near home and needs his phone for contacting purposes. He might not be able to get another phone. Phones are expensive man he could have just been excited about the fact he doesnt need to purchase another one.
lol, you know how big of a pain in the ass it is to not have your phone? He’s at a large gathering, so I’m guessing having a phone is probably pretty key for his evening. Plus, he’d have to shell out cash for a new one, take time the next day or two and go to the store. Phones can easily run over a thousand dollars, which he may or may not have.
