theres gotta be something wrong with this shitty sos system. every sos request for zoh shia is somehow full apprently.

didn't dv, but if you take too long to join, they can be filled before you decide to pick them, and then the quest list doesn't auto refresh, so the other ones can also be filled by then

best to just start the quest yourself and sos
