Use RT if you have the performance headroom (PC)

I recently picked up the game and have spent about an hour tweaking settings and noticed the rasterized global illumination was extremely grainy and added a very muddy "texture" over everything, when I turn on RT it completely fixes this and makes the game look 10x better. This is also on the "Low" RT setting.
