I'm 5'7" and I feel bad

If shaming women for their weight or other physical features is not okay, why is it so acceptable to shame men for their height?

I understand this guy is a dipshit, and deserves her response, but it would have hit just as hard without the unnecessary body shaming.

It's super hypocritical, and we can do better

When people are assholes, it's okay to hit them where it hurts. She didn't make fun of people that are 5'7", she made fun of his insecurity about being 5'7"

Where was he being insecure about being 5'7"? She clearly says his profile said 5'9" but because he is a jerk he must be 5'7"? Hah. Well damn...

You.... you see how this whole thing started don't you?

The entire conversation was them assuming things about eachother.

I didn't say he did. She assessed him and concluded that he was an insecure man. She then made an assumption that he was ALSO insecure about his height and then mocked that insecurity.

Yes. It's good to be a nasty cunt to assholes like Rob. That is why so many people clicked on the "upvote" arrow for this high ranking post.

Wow, I'm guessing that it's a pretty good bet that you're insecure too.
