It’s not an exploitative way? It’s helping to inform other scientists about the unmet need and helps motivate others to research more into the disease.
Yep I understand that, I guess 24 menstruating years of people dismissing my experience has made me react with suspicion. I still think consent and/or notification is always the way to go - even if they’re not legally bound to do so.
I agreed with the original person who called me out, too. I left the comment bc if I’m learning chances are others could be, too.
