NSFW Anyone have any pictures of some spirits or possibly demons?

Everyone always has a story to tell but rarely do they ever actually post credible pictures on here. So I would like to open the floor right now and invite anyone who believes the have pictures of a ghost or a demon and possibly give a backstory if you think you have a explanation for who the spirit is(if it’s a ghost)

Apparition I think I have a Watcher?

Okay. So, I have this thing I see a lot at night (specifically when I'm super stressed but regular nonetheless) I've named him Billy. I even bought an art piece that resembled him. He has never made me feel scared, never sits on my chest, never breathes violently at me, he just watches. He will poke his head in through the cat door, be in the corner, or standing near by. I feel no need to pull the covers over my head. He's just there. Even if I leave my room for water he comes with me. I've heard bits and pieces of what would be called "watchers" but I'm finding that hard to track. When I googled it, it came up with a movie that I haven't seen.. and couldn't find any solid leads on what these things could be called otherwise. Am I losing it?

Question Churches main ground

I’m not this question belongs here but like have anyone actually stop to think that the worst place is a church?? Cause demons do go there more than anyone thinks really.

No one expects demons and negative spirits to be at a church due to the nature of churches makes sense for demons to be there ready to mess up your day and or night.

If I was a demon I would be the most obvious fucker and look for a church and haunt it an make people feel scared, I notice the most heavy activity is at churches not all activities of course but I just see the pattern.

So does anyone think it’s a worst place?? Overall I’m talking about anything supernatural and non physical activities.

Experience Old paranormal video on ytb {probably deleted [fully lost]

There was this one old youtube video i try to find, i m 19 now i was like 5 to 6 yrs old when i remeber the video i remember it very good because my parents were playing it over and over again i know this might seem absurd but i suspect the video was literally paranormal and i'm gonna say why but first let me explain the video. in the video There was this man dressed nicely in a suit for some reason i can t remember his face but i remeber his voice and words the video is not very long prolly like 15-20 seconds The video starts with him knocking on the camera talking to the viewer he says "Excuse me, yeah, I’m talking to you. Pick one of these cards,” you choose the card in your mind then no matter what you do your card is there What i remeber very highly is that the cards at the beginning of the video also changed when i repeated the video wich is insane to me cuz at the time we were primitive on the internet we didn t know what this means. From what i know you can t just modify a youtube video on the spot. paranormal occurrance or a old youtube feature also i can t find the video

Haunted House Are these signs of haunting?

Are these signs of haunting?

So, I used to live in a houses I swear was possessed or haunted. Why? Well this is why.

I am sure the spirit/ghost was in my room, mostly because it seemed to follow me, I based this off the fact that every time a light would go out without a reason, I would be in the room, never without me.

The light in that specific room would completely turn off, and not just, out because its broken, no, the switch of the light actually went down as well. So i had to turn it up again to light the lamp.

But this didn't just only happened in the living room, but also my own room, when the lights went out for a moment and turned itself on again.

Surely this isn't much and may have been a "power outage" even though this wasn't the case. Why? Well because if that was the case the fire doors would slam shut, because they need power. And I was in the same block as those. But that didn't happened. Same for the other times. We only got one time a actual power outage. The others were all short moments of one specific room without light. Especially when I talked about it with a care taker and then it also went out, I turned it on again and said: I swear if it's gets off again.

Guess what happened. It went off. But after that not anymore.

I mostly think it was haunted, but also because people got nightmares there all of sudden and heard knocking. I know this sound all extreme. I myself suspect the knocking was just the water. But beside that, the lights and fact actually someone died in my room does make it feel like it was haunted.

Extra: Is it possible? I wasn't the only one who experienced it at that place and the energy/vibe was truly heavy there.

NSFW Scariest encounter

I just got back from doing a clensing at my girlfriend's house. All me to explain.

My friend's house has a piano room that connects her apartment to the main house. She and many of her family members believe it to be haunted.

The first time we hung out and had dinner at our usual fast food place, McDonald's. She asked me to come by and see if I could sense anything. When I arrived in the room I noticed a small cubby. I could feel 3 spirits in that cubby. 2 grandmothers and a small child. I also noticed a much bigger cubby but sensed nothing.

The second time, when she asked again, I putt all my attention on to that larger cubby and could sense something a bit darker than before. I had a good struggle with the spirit and it flew me againt the piano causing me to get out of the house rather quickly.

This is the most recent encounter I've had. Again I focused on the larger cubby and felt cold spots. I had the same struggle the same spirit as I did the second time. This time however it felt like my body was being controlled by the spirit itself. I fought with it for about an hour and half before once again, getting out of that room

Demonic Activity While using ouija board told we are "special" and destined to rule hell

So for some context my 2 friends have been getting pretty into ouija boards and were told by demons that the 3 of us are special (about a group of 5 of us that play the other 2 are supposedly normal) supposedly my guy friend is Adonis, the girl friend is nova, and I am narciss (all people from Greek mythology) My friend said I have a demon named karma attached to me and he was told he has to fight it. Supposedly they have both spoken with the devil. I feel like its a trap though. Now supposedly all the demons hate me and they have written my name down on paper and crossed it out before and they refuse to talk to me when I try Ouija they either don't respond or say goodbye immediately. I feel like my friends are being tricked though, they were told they need to get a near death experience involving drugs and that my guy friend must fight karma. It's all a little strange to me, maybe I think it's a trick simply because all the underworld supposedly hates me but I do believe my friends believe these things due to reasons I won't discuss. What are y'all's thoughts?

Unexplained My grandmother's house feels off

Ever since I was a kid, I was always paranoid about almost everything- I always felt like I wasn't alone or that I was being watched, regular objects and things felt emotionally heavy to me, before I even knew what the concept of a ghost was, I felt like there were strange things attached to the places I was in. My grandmother lives in a fairly nice home, it doesn't have much history besides the fact that my grandfather committed suicide while they lived there before I was born. I wasn't told how he died as a kid, but the place creeped me out. I didn't sleep in the guest bedroom because there were photos of my grandfather inside, and poems of his at the end of the basement stairs. My grandmother's dog would often get anxious facing a wall or cry in the closet- it honestly scared everyone. He stopped going down the hallway and just kind of cried in random areas of the house‐ somehow behind closed doors? The house just put me on edge or made me sad, I would lie awake just looking around unable to sleep- I always had terrible dreams where I would die or have to hide, and the frequent setting of the dream was my grandmas house— except, if I ever had a good dream I was IN my grandmas house... I don't think it's a ghost or necessarily anything paranormal, but has anyone just felt like a place is really off like that?

Today I went to the city and when I drove home I slept in the car and I had a lucid dream in the dream I remember I was in a car with my parents and some kid (I don’t know who the kid is) and I remember doing stuff with the kid but I don’t really know the next thing I remember in the dream was we were at the top of a cliff over a ocean and I remember in front of the car there was another family a dad, mom and sister but all their heads were a eyeball that was just watching me my family were also there and the kid was near the side of the cliff looking at the ocean, then I had another lucid dream I remember I was in my old school when I was walking around I suddenly felt like I was in water I felt like I was covered in water, when I woke up my car was park was next to the ocean side (I don’t remember anything before that but I probably parked at the side of the ocean and slept) I got out of the car and felt really good like the dream was beautiful and I thought the dream was really peaceful and good I shopped took photos and went home when I got home everything felt strange like it seemed darker, and really quiet at this point I forgot about the dream)my house felt really off and eerie like I was being watched the whole time so I had a bath and when I had a shower I just felt so uneasy I couldn’t keep having the shower I left the shower and I layed down and remembered the dream, I might be overreacting but I feel like this might be about suicide drowning I had a really good time in my dream my dream felt better than real life my dream had my dead parents in it my dream had my old school it had a lot of water felt like I was drowning in the dream and when I got home I felt horrible and being watched and other stuff

I often times smell a smoke smell when nothing is burning. I also randomly hear a pitch tone in my right ear. These do not happen at the same time? Any ideas? I very much believe in paranormal, spirituality and all things in between.

Question Disposing of secondhand vintage photographs?

Hi all! I frequent lots of antique markets and oddities shops though I’m usually pretty selective on what items I purchase and bring back home (both out of respect and a healthy fear of the supernatural). I recently purchased a “mystery box” from a local oddities shop which contained some neat small items but also contained about a dozen old photos of individuals, their families and their households. I feel very uneasy about keeping something as intimate and personal as peoples’ old photographs, especially not knowing who those people are. I honestly felt quite unsettled even looking through them and worried about stirring something up. The whole concept of purchasing old photographs of random strangers because “ooo spooky! Vintage dead people” really rubs me the wrong way personally, and it generally just feels icky to look through photo albums uninvited, vintage or not.

Anyway, I wanted to see if anyone has any thoughts on how to respectfully and safely rehome these photographs. I was thinking about just handing them off to another antique shop like “here ya go” but I don’t think these items should be resold. Throwing them out or burning them also feels disrespectful.

Would love to hear your suggestions!

Question Experiences with black magic, curses, deals with spirits, etc?

Hello all. I never post here but I have been going through older threads on this topic for a while and wanted to ask for more people's experiences. I grew up in a culture that believes in things like the evil eye, cursing people with a lock of their hair, and so on, so I was wondering if any of you have more direct experiences with these things or know someone who has. Please share.

Apparition Ghosts CAN hurt you!

This is a wild one from my childhood:

I think I was about 7 years old and had just gotten my first real bicycle. I was allowed to ride it on my street only, but you know how kids are and soon I was wrapping around the end to a side street. I met this little girl on another bicycle, and she looked to be the same age as me. Somehow we started throwing rocks down the street to see who could throw the furthest and she said to me, "I bet you can't hit that lamp over there!" as she pointed at a very fancy lamp on someone's walkway. Well, I took that dare, pulled my arm back and let go. I hit it alright. Shattered the glass all over their sidewalk! Immediately, the front door of the house flew open and an old lady came out yelling, "Why did you do that?!" I turned to look for the little girl and she had already pedalled off. I took off in the other direction back to my house and didn't tell anyone.

Now, I did not have my own room and had to sleep on Grandma's couch (long story). She had ONE rule: Turn the tv off before you fall asleep. If not, you lose privileges. She went through the Great Depression so was tight about everything. So everyone went to bed upstairs and it was only me downstairs on the couch under my blanket. I always had trouble sleeping in that house, so I would watch tv late into the night. All of a sudden, the tv went off. Now it was not a remote control tv, just a 19" RCA color. But I could still see that the power was on outside the house and the electric clock was still ticking. Within seconds, a figure appeared to be coming out of Grandma's curio cabinet that was to the right of the tv (couch was on the left). I could see a woman form and it was walking towards me. I WAS TERRIFIED! I ducked under my blanket and covered my head. I heard very loudly, "WHY DID YOU DO THAT? WHY DID YOU BREAK THAT LAMP?" The sound was so loud in my right ear like her mouth was up against the blanket. I was shaking like crazy and sweating. Then, the ghost grabbed my right bicep and squeezed really hard and repeated, "WHY DID YOU DO THAT?".

Instantly, the tv came back on and it was over. I spent the rest of the night under the blanket and would not even peep out. Sweat was pouring off of me because it was a hot summer night, but I was not turning that tv off. I thought that as long as it was on, the ghost wasn't coming back to hurt me again.

I heard Grandma get up at dawn, walk down stairs, and call my name as she shut off the tv. "I though I told you not to leave the tv on!" I jumped up and hugged her and told her why it was on and her jaw dropped and she said, "Oh come on now! Don't lie to me!" Then I showed her my arm which now had a big bruise on it. Suddenly, she looked shocked for a moment. I thought surely she had to believe me now. But instead, she looked down at the floor and said, "You were dreaming and fell off the couch. Don't leave the tv on again." and hurried into the kitchen.

(I am sorry this is so long but I want to tell it all)

Mom then woke up and came downstairs. I ran to her and said, "Mom I have to tell you something right now before you go in the kitchen, come here." And I whispered to her about what happened. Mom nodded her head and said, "The reason Grandma got upset is you saw her mom - your Great Grandmother who you never got to meet. She passed away a long time ago and has never left this house. We've all seen her at times. She was watching over you because she loves you."

So bottom line is this: ghosts CAN connect with you and physically harm you as it happened to me. It was NOT a dream and falling of the couch 12 inches to thick carpet isn't going to cause a giant bruise on a boy.

Question Metal Cup Randomly Falls off my table

Its 11:20 in the night. I was lying in my bed attempting to sleep. And then, out of nowhere, my metal cup randomly falls on the ground. And it fell quite far away from my table. I put the cup in the middle of the table, away from the edge. Its been 40 minutes, and i've spend the first 39 trying to process what happened. This is the first time it happened. I suspect that its related with something i received as a gift, A nice muslim grandma gave me one of those packets for Hari Raya. And the incident happened on the same day. Im just suspecting. No Islamophobia btw.

Extrasensory Perception odd sealed off light fixture experience:

Hey ik how it probs sounds but...

I was working out in my room and suddenly i could very faintly hear something banging from behind a plate covering an unused light fixture asking to be let out

it was kinda high up and there isn't really anything above it...if you unscrew the light fixture theres a box with some capped wires in case you want to add another light fixture in the middle of my room

and there was just some faint clanging and banging from behind it and very faintly someone asking to be let out

and it was like i could feel parts of their hands moving on the other side

was wack

I was like "no I cant" and a sad face appeared in my mind

also the other day I thought i heard this wet cough and... genuinely not the first time I thought there was something down the shower drain but i felt like something got stuck there

before it was entities in the clocks and some other surfaces but it was just observing and nothing more usually

(I quit coffee a couple weeks ago except for having coffee like 2 days ago and feeling more connected to everything)

Apparition Creepy experience i had at church

I don't know if this is the right community to post this in (if it's not, I apologize), but it has made me feel so anxious, paranoid, and scared ever since it happened.

I (15F) used to be a part of an organization at church when I was 12 years old. I remember it was Holy Week when it happened. We were doing a midnight Station of the Cross. It was supposed to be at 12:00 A.M., but they moved it to 3:00 A.M. because it rained. I arrived exactly at 1:57 A.M. and was greeted by the parish priest, and he was heading to the convent upstairs. I headed to the place where me and my other co-church servants, were gathered, called the parish hall. I placed my stuff there, and after a few minutes, one of my co-church servants arrived—let's call her Ashley.

Ashley and I were pretty close, so we talked for a bit. Eventually, time passed, and it was around 2:30 A.M. Ashley told me she was hungry, so I told her there was a nearby 7-Eleven that was open 24 hours. We both grabbed our bags and walked out of the parish hall. Most of the lights around the church were still off, and you could barely see anything outside. The only lights that were on were the ones inside the church.

Ashley and I were walking in the corridor. To our right were big doors leading inside the church. These doors had clear glass panels with pictures of the Stations of the Cross. I turned to my right and saw a priest inside the church. I was shocked because the main church doors were still closed. I looked again and saw that the priest was wearing red—and he had no head. He was kneeling, his body facing the altar, holding a blue rosary in his hands.

I told Ashley, and she saw it too. We ran to 7-Eleven, where we spotted our church officers on their way to church. By this time, Ashley and I had already exited the church grounds. We told our church officers about what we saw, and they were freaked out. We bought our things at 7-Eleven and headed back to the church. By then, it was around 3:10 A.M.

After this experience, another one followed.

It was Black Saturday that day. My co-church servants and I were inside the church, attending Mass. We were sitting in the first row of the fuse. Our church had a Facebook page where they posted pictures taken during the Mass. One of the photographers took a picture of us—none of us were facing the camera; we were all looking toward the altar.

The next day, the pictures were posted on Facebook. As usual, my co-church servants and I checked them. That’s when we noticed something unsettling.

There was a lady dressed in a black lace dress, with curly hair and a black veil. We noticed her immediately because she was sitting between my co-church servants, and her dark clothing contrasted sharply with ours—we were all wearing white dresses and white veils.

We were so creeped out because the spot where the lady in black was sitting was exactly where I had been standing.

I saved the picture and showed it to my parents when I got home. They were creeped out, too. They called the priest, and he came to bless our house and our family members.

The next day, I found out that this wasn’t the first time it had happened.

The woman in black had appeared in that same exact spot in every Black Saturday photo taken in that location. It had happened twice before, and my experience made it the third time.

After that, I never attended that church again.

NSFW Am I going crazy?

Okay so I don’t know if I’m going crazy but every once and a while it feels like I’m being touched, on my butt, thigh (like its being carressed) poking on my back, etc. I’ve searched it up saying it could be tactile hallucinations, but I want to know if there’s more to it than that.

Question Is there a shortage of good paranormal investigation?

Do we have a shortage of really knowledgeable paranormal investigators?

I’ve recently been rewatching old Unsolved Mysteries episodes and they always seemed to have very intelligent people on the show who could talk about the paranormal whether they were psychologists or authors.

It got me thinking and I started looking up names and a lot of the old thinkers on the topic seem to have gotten old and passed away.

I had a very strange encounter myself recently at the beach. I got photos and don’t have an explanation, and while I’d like to share it with someone who would seriously evaluate it, all I come up with are “radio” shows for your phone (I do love a good “radio” show) and Facebook forums where people are usually critical, mean and get way too nasty accusing you of faking images or just being on drugs or whatever it is they say.

It’s gotten to the point where I don’t even want to share the pics publicly because I’m too anxious to deal with potential ridicule, which is all that seems to happen. I’m happy to accept a good explanation from someone in the know, but I won’t be told I’m delusional by an armchair critic.

So I guess it begs the question of where are the true researchers in this field? I’ve been somewhat tempted myself, but I still really don’t know where I’d start.

I just feel like the paranormal deserves a bit more than cheesy ghost hunter shows and grumpy netizens.

Experience I Saw something on the side of the road. It was eating a dead dog or goat.

I really wish I took a picture to ensure that I am not making this up, but the bus immediately left. This is not fiction, I am not crazy, and I swear to God that I know what I saw and it gave me nightmares.

Instantly, this experience reverted me back to that little kid who was afraid of going out at night because of all the stories his family told him.

Okay, let me explain. So, I'm a 1st year college student, every weekend—I go home to my hometown which is two hours away by bus from the city I attend university in, so that I can spend time with family and not get homesick.

I spent the entire bus ride watching movies on my phone because, I was bored. It was around 7 in the evening if I remember correctly.

I put my phone in my bag, because it was around 15 percent and I wanted to preserve the power. The bus was already halfway to my home, according to Google Maps.

We were in a rural area. Mountains and a big forest towards the right side of the bus, on the left are a few houses and more forest.

The bus slowed down, to the point of nearly stopping, because a couple of vehicles were slowing down in front of us. I looked outside the window next to me and that's where I saw it. I couldn't believe what I just fucking saw and I wasn't the only one. The guy sitting beside me also saw it.

On the side of the road, underneath the street light, we saw what looked like a naked person crawling on all fours eating what looked like a dead dog or goat. There was blood everywhere, it was eating it in a savage manner while dragging it to the woods.

I immediately got out my phone to take a picture, but, the bus was already speeding up and I couldn't see it anymore. What the hell did we just see!?

It looked human. The scariest part is how much it looked like my grandmother's descriptions from her stories.

Skin black as coal. Wild unkempt hair. Eyes that glowed in the dark when faced with light.

I turned to the guy who was sitting beside me and told me never to speak of it ever again. What, why!?

Everytime I think back to it, I am reminded of the stories they used to tell us as kids. Stories from our folklore, about man-eating evil monsters that hunted at night. We call them Aswang.

Humans by day, but hunt for children and pregnant women at night. Shapeshifters that can turn into animals to fool people. Some steal corpses and replace them with banana stalks, while others have wings and fly atop roofs to use their long tongues to suck blood.

I heard stories about this a lot because, a lot of my older family have encountered these bastards before.

With my grandma, it snuck inside their house during a power outage and tried to hurt my newborn aunt. She saw it crawling on the ceiling, wtf. My grandpa got out his 1911, scaring it away.

And my aunt, who lived in the mountains, said that one of them climbing on top of a roof.

Findings I work as a caregiver and I saw something creepy

So I was at my clients home during a overnight, I work 6:30 to 8:30 AM. At night, I’m there by myself and he sleeps for 12 hours. I am there to make sure he doesn’t wake up and fall and he’s alone or he walks out of the house, he has dementia.

So he’s sleeping in his bed and I’m looking at the baby monitor, it’s 11:11Pm and suddenly, the blankets of his bed lift into the air like someone is holding them. Obviously no one is there in the room. It’s held there for like 3 seconds and goes back down.

I’m seriously creeped out, not sure if a draft could do this but no windows are open and his doorway is closed. So not sure what happened or if I just saw a poltergeist.

Just more detail but I’m here by myself and this house is a mansion, it’s completely quiet at night and sometimes it’s creepy. I try not to think about scary stuff because I’m there to do a job but yeah that was weird.
