What’s funny is they used to be horrible about customer service but turned the whole thing around. Talk about a billion dollar company doing the right thing!

When where they horrible?

They were too good to customers, there was the whole CSGO item duping by making fake support tickets.

Steam had to ban their own support from being too helpful, and that was about a decade ago.

I don't remember when, but it used to be more random rather than consistently helpful. I think they fired or transfered the ones that didn't do a good job.
