Those things are anathema to conservative Christian nationalists.
You aren't to care about people outside the tribe. They are the enemy and your competitors who must be removed. You aren't to be sympathetic to people different from you. They are not like you, and they earned whatever happened to them. Curiosity is dangerous--you may encounter ideas and notions against doctrine, and alien ideas are fundamentally evil. You will be taught what your elders wish you to know, at whatever time that they deem appropriate. If they choose not to it teach you, you do not need to know. You will not question them. You will not contradict them. You will not re-interpret them or overanalyze them. If what you are taught does not match up with reality, then reality is wrong or you are, not the teachings of your betters. Obey. Ensure others obey. Do whatever is necessary to enforce that obedience.
Nailed it. I was raised by people who are still part of the cult and got out because I couldn't stop asking questions. I was very lucky my parents were tech averse, so once I got a laptop, as long as I covered my tracks, I could learn about whatever I wanted. Got out as an adult just after college, but my parents still fully believe pretty much exactly this, as do many people I was raised with.
What's really frustrating is that everything you just said describes the old Church that Jesus canonically came to destroy. They killed him because they didn't like that he was teaching them to be kind and help their neighbors.

They are admitting everything here. They dont want kids to be caring, sympathetic, curious, and encouraged to learn.
