Legally yes. Realistically the law means absolutely nothing these days and you will just be murdered while Republicans cheer your death.

That is what republican voters knowingly and intentionally voted for. Republicans are evil people that want evil things. No real way to argue otherwise when they are throwing nazi salutes on national TV and kidnapping legal residents and sending people to torture camps based on skin color.

The crazy part is that these brave people are merely protesting a foreign country that is committing heinous war crimes. The US is destroying the constitution to protect another country committing war crimes.

TBF this same conundrum exists in every state that allows no-knock warrants.

Cops can bust into your house without warning.

You can shoot anyone who busts into your house.

This is exactly why no knock warrants are such a dumb idea. It basically gives you the right to kill a cop.
